Meet Brad Freeman, PVA
I am Brad Freeman, your Property Valuation Administrator of Jessamine County. Serving as your PVA is a great honor and privilege. It is important to me to always maintain an open door policy at work, and one of the most gratifying aspects of my job is when I get to meet with the residents of this County.
My wife Andrea and I have been married since 1990, and we have one son, Alex. We are proud to have called Jessamine County home for many years now. We are members of Crosswoods Baptist Church here in Jessamine County, where Andrea and I teach a Senior Adults Sunday School Class and I serve as a Deacon. As PVA, I approach my job with the same integrity as I serve my church.
Many years I have spent working in the PVA field; first with the Fayette County PVA Office, then as the PVA of Jessamine County. Knowledge in this field is something I value; therefore, I hold a CKA (Certified Kentucky Assessor) and an SKA (Senior Kentucky Assessor) designation. Both were awarded to me by the Revenue Cabinet for experience and education specifically related in the PVA field. In addition, I hold a State Certified Residential Appraiser License. I strive to stay current on information and technology that is pertinent to the PVA Office and my Appraiser License. I regularly attend PVA and Appraisal classes and conferences so I may constantly improve my knowledge base. Competency is of the utmost importance to me and I always want this Office, and myself, to be moving forward in technology and the way we provide our services to the residents of Jessamine County.
I am blessed to have a great staff, and I take pride in saying that this County and I are very fortunate in having such a qualified and professional group of employees to staff this office. Together, we will continue to make the Jessamine County PVA Office the best it can be.
Respectfully,
Brad Freeman, PVA
