Property/Real Estate Transfers
Sharon L. Guy has been a deputy PVA since August 2004. Sharon is
responsible for working city real estate transfers assessing mobile homes.
She also enters tangible property tax returns for commercial accounts.

Chief of Staff
Lynda Johns Smith became an employee of the PVA office in June, 1975. She manages the affairs of the office and also works transfers. She received the Senior Kentucky Assessor designation in 1990.

Field Staff/Mapping
Carla D. Lane has been a deputy since February, 1985. Carla does field work and is responsible for the mapping. She received her Senior Kentucky Assessor designation in 1995.

Field Staff/Mapping
Jaime A. Brumfield has been a part-time employee of the PVA office
since August of 2004. Jaime's primary task is drawing sketches of new houses
and adding new pictures of existing houses to our computer system. Jaime
also works with personal property including automobiles.

Personal Property/Office Staff
Donna H. Morgan has been employed as a deputy since June, 1994. She is responsible for intangible property. Donna does data entry and also works with motor vehicles.
