I am Brad Freeman, your Property Valuation Administrator of Jessamine County. My wife and I are very proud to have called
Jessamine County home for many years now and find it a great community to reside, work, and raise our son. We are members of
Crosswoods Baptist Church, where my wife and I serve as the Youth Leaders and I serve as a Deacon. I serve this County as PVA
with the same integrity as I serve my church. Maintaining an open door policy at work is important to me, and it allows me the
opportunity to meet with the residents of this County, which I find to be one of the most gratifying aspects of my job.
Having worked for many years in the Fayette County PVA Office, I am no stranger to the PVA environment. I hold a CKA
(Certified Kentucky Assessor) and an SKA (Senior Kentucky Assessor) designation, which was awarded by the Revenue Cabinet for
experience and education specifically related to the PVA field. In addition, I hold a State Certified Residential Appraiser
license and have worked many years appraising in this local real estate market. I find it both beneficial and essential to
stay current on information and technology pertinent to this office; therefore, I regularly attend PVA and Appraising classes
and conferences so I may constantly improve my ability to serve you. Competency is of the utmost importance to me.
I take pride in saying that this County and I are very fortunate in having such a qualified and professional group of employees to
staff this office. Together, we will continue to make the Jessamine County PVA Office the best it can be.
